20 years ago I started a record label. I bottled it within a year. I was a student at college and imposter syndrome (even if we didn’t know it to be called that then) kicked in just as things were starting to happen.
It took me another 7 years to try again.
Talking to Ben Franklin for his new podcast ‘Ground Zero’ was an incredible full circle moment. Ben is currently a student at my old Bournemouth and Poole College stomping ground, and was born in the year I started there, 2004. 
Ben’s podcast is about people who have started something from nothing, the quiet irony being that’s exactly what he’s doing himself with the show.
