Dorset Business Focus EO article

The press has a way of capturing the cultural zeitgeist. Select magazine coined the phrase ‘Britpop’ in 1993, Top of The Pops magazine gave the Spice Girls their iconic nicknames. Let’s not wait 30 years to credit Caroline Sharp and the Dorset Chamber team for documenting a new emerging scene in the August edition of the Business Focus, employee ownership.

Thank you for the opportunity to contribute an article on Grapevine nestled alongside pages dedicated to our friends at Blue Sky Financial Planning, Rubicon Recruitment and Hadland Care Group. You can read my article and the rest of the edition here.

Abigail from Rubicon doesn’t like this photo, but I love it. I think we look like members of Oasis, Blur, Pulp, Elastica and Supergrass, spilling out of the Brit Awards 1995, awards barely intact. Either that, or we’re channeling raw energy of Girl Power, you can decide.

Interested in learning more about employee ownership? Salad have just the event for you in September. Will share more details soon.
