Thank you to Rachel Clarke and Martyn Polkinghorne for inviting me to join a session with the ‘Help to Grow‘ management course cohort and talk about my personal experiences with developing, vision, values and company culture at Grapevine.
I had to share this great quote from Javier Bajer at the EOA Annual Conference which has been at the forefront of my mind since November. It struck me as being quite like branding in that none of us have ultimate control over culture or brand perceptions, no matter what we put in place and regardless of our good intentions.

In that respect, developing company culture lies as much in the hands of each individual member of staff as anyone charged with cultivating it. Words have meaning and we all have an impact with what we choose to discuss and how we approach it.
