Grapevine named EO Rising Star 2025

I returned home from my second from eoa Conference yesterday with a couple of souvenirs, lots of insights and some great memories. I’m not sure if it was more surreal winning EO Rising Star of the Year, or to see these signs on the show floor the morning after!

I’m still trying to articulate how extremely grateful and proud I am to have Grapevine awarded this title, and not only that, but to have two other wins for our South Coast EO community in Coda (commendation for EO Transition of the Year) and Josie Weston (winner of Employee Owner of the Year).

We were all tasked to leave the conference as advocates for employee ownership and champion this progressive business model in our networks. We’re fortunate to be ahead of the curve on that activity in Poole and our neighbouring towns. Go to a business event in 2026 and I think there’s a good chance you’ll bump into one of us.

We complete our challenge if we spread the word, so please don’t hesitate to ask us about EO and please do consider some of the fantastic ambassadors we have to speak at your own events. Business *is* tough, but we have a model that’s proven to both deliver results commercially and benefits for all of us individually.

Thank you to Lesley, Charlotte, Keely, Rachel, Dominic, John, James and all of the eoa team for a brilliant event. 💜👏
